Richard Ansell – Recruitment Consultant

Richard’s career spans forty years' work in leading sets of barristers’ chambers. 

 

He has worked at criminal and common law sets as well as specialist chambers, with more than thirty-two years at one of the country's foremost award-winning commercial sets in a senior team leading role for two decades.

 

He has considerable knowledge of managing barristers and their practices from the most complex disputes involving teams of barristers through to sole counsel cases. 

 

Richard also has broader Chambers management experience in recruitment, business development, fee collection and cash flow management.

 

His combined experience enables him to help client chambers with their recruitment and development requirements, as well as chambers' staff looking for their next move, and advising new candidates on their first career steps in chambers.
